Common use of Security Trustee’s ongoing costs Clause in Contracts

Security Trustee’s ongoing costs. (a) In the event of (i) a Default or (ii) the Security Trustee, acting reasonably, considering it necessary or expedient or (iii) the Security Trustee being requested by an Obligor or the Majority Lenders to undertake duties which the Security Trustee and the Company agree to be of an exceptional nature and/or outside the scope of the normal duties of the Security Trustee under the Finance Documents, the Company shall pay to the Security Trustee any additional remuneration that may be agreed between them.

(a) In the event of (i) the occurrence of a Default or (ii) the Security Trustee, acting reasonably, Trustee considering it necessary or expedient or (iii) the Security Trustee being requested by an Obligor or the Majority Lenders Lender to undertake duties which the Security Trustee and the Company agree to be of an exceptional nature and/or outside the scope of the normal duties of the Security Trustee under the Finance Documents, the Company shall pay to the Security Trustee any additional remuneration that may be agreed between them.

(a) In the event of (i) a Default or (ii) the Security Trustee, acting reasonably, Trustee considering it necessary or expedient or (iii) the Security Trustee being requested by a Debtor or an Obligor Instructing Group or the Majority Lenders any Representative to undertake duties which the Security Trustee and the Company agree to be of an exceptional nature and/or outside the scope of the normal duties of the Security Trustee under the Finance Debt Documents, the Company shall pay to the Security Trustee any additional remuneration (together with any applicable VAT) that may be agreed between them.
