Seizure of Collateral. Any portion of the Collateral is subject to attachment, seizure or is otherwise levied upon or comes into possession of any Judicial Officer or Assignee; provided, however the Borrower shall have ten (10) days to post a bond to cause such attachment, seizure or levy to be fully released or removed after the occurrence of such an event.
