Common use of Select Service Type Clause in Contracts

Select Service Type. ACS must identify which type of service is being requested. A drop down menu must offer the following minimum options, or ACS must display the service type from e-filing, which shall be editable by the case manager: • Sheriff’s Civil Bureau personal service • Sheriff’s Civil Bureau certified mail service • Registered Process Server service (RPS, usu. filed by registered process server)
