Selected Broker. Dealer shall have no right to assign this Agreement or any of its rights hereunder or to delegate any of its obligations. Any purported assignment or delegation by Selected Broker-Dealer shall be null and void. The Dealer Manager shall have the right to assign any or all of its rights and obligations under this Agreement by written notice, and Selected Broker-Dealer shall be deemed to have consented to such assignment by execution hereof. Dealer Manager shall provide written notice of any such assignment to Selected Broker-Dealer.
