Selection notification. There will be a limited number of makers chosen to participate in the 605 Made Night Market. A jury process will determine the participants based on your completed application, submitted photos, and type of product. Notification by email of the selected makers will made by Thursday, April 15, 2021.
Selection notification. After receipt of the selection from the selecting official, timely notification will be made to the selectee(s) and nonselectees. Human Resources will officially notify applicants of their selection.
Selection notification. Once a Buyer agrees to purchase a Sculpture, the City shall make the eligible proposed designs available to the Buyer. The Buyer may select from the proposed designs or supply its own design. The Buyer must select a design, or submit its own, within thirty (30) days of the purchase. If a Buyer selects the design submitted by the Artist, the City shall notify the Artist of such selection within seven (7) business days after the artist selection deadline. The Artist will have seven (7) business days to confirm their availability and acceptance of the work once notified of the selection. If the Artist does not confirm availability and acceptance, the Buyer shall select a different design. The Artist understands that there is no guarantee that any Buyer will select the design proposed by the Artist.
Selection notification. Owner reserves the right to require the CMGC to notify the Owner in writing in advance before award of any proposed Subcontract, which notice will include analyses, summaries, or abstracts in a form acceptable to the Owner of all offers received. The Owner reserves the right in its sole and absolute discretion to disapprove any proposed Subcontractor, Supplier, or Subcontract or supply contract awards. The Owner will not unreasonably disapprove any proposed Subcontractor or Supplier, and increased costs due to the Owner's disapproval will be cause for an increase in the GMP. The risk and cost of CMGC’s selection of a successful proposer lies exclusively with the CMGC (see Section 5.4).
