Selection of a Manufacturer for Clinical Supply. Promptly after the Effective Date, the JSC shall select one (1) or more manufacturers to Manufacture and supply Collaboration Compound and Collaboration Product for all Development activities under the Development Plan in the Territory (the “Designated Manufacturer”).
