SELECTION OF ADMINISTRATIVE PERSONNEL. The Employer shall involve the appropriate Faculty Member(s) to provide feedback on position descriptions for new or replacement exempt personnel in positions of two-thirds time or more that support Faculty or to which Faculty report or that provide direct services to the general student population. Such involvement shall promote early consultation with Faculty Members. Further, the Employer shall provide an opportunity for Faculty Members to participate in the recruitment for these same exempt personnel positions.
