Common use of Selection of Devices Clause in Contracts

Selection of Devices. Each device provided for in this Part C of this Schedule 4 shall be selected and verified in accordance with Exhibit A. Any devices that are provided for in this Part C of this Schedule 4 not previously used in an existing LNG trade shall be chosen by written agreement of the Parties and shall be such as are, at the time of selection, accurate and reliable in their practical application. The required degree of accuracy of such devices shall be agreed in writing by the Transporter and Project Co in advance of their use, and such degree of accuracy shall be verified by an independent surveyor who is agreed by Transporter and Project Co.
