Common use of Selection of Non Clause in Contracts

Selection of Non. Exclusive Fields Until twenty-four (24) months after the Effective Date, Genocea shall have the right, at any time, to appoint up to five (5) Non- Exclusive Disease Fields (each such additional field as they may be exchanged pursuant to the terms hereof, an “Non-Exclusive Option Field” and collectively, the “Non-Exclusive Option Fields”) subject to compliance with the procedure in Section 2.1.3(a) of this Agreement. At no time during the Agreement Term shall there be more than five (5) Non-Exclusive Option Fields unless otherwise mutually agreed to by the Parties in writing.
