Selection of Remedy. The sole remedy available to any teacher for any alleged breach of this agreement or any alleged violation of their rights hereunder shall be pursuant to the grievance and arbitration procedure; provided however, that nothing contained herein shall deprive any teacher of any legal right which they presently have.
