Common use of Selection of Storage Facilities Clause in Contracts

Selection of Storage Facilities. (a) Unless expressly provided otherwise in the Agreement, the Operator shall, at its absolute discretion, in consultation with the Customer, select the Storage Facilities suitable for receipt and storage of the Products and shall be entitled to move the Products from one part of the Storage Facilities to another from time to time with the approval of the Customer (not to be unreasonably withheld or delayed).
