Selection & Term Criteria a. As per 14.07, USW selects its OH&S committee member representation. b. The OH&S Union committee members select a USW candidate from the interested/qualified individuals within the OH&S committee. USW members outside of the OH&S committee are not eligible. c. The position term is 12 months. This term can be extended upon mutual agreement of the joint OH&S committee. d. The elected USW candidate chosen for the Safety Representative position is also the OH&S joint committee co-chairperson.
