Common use of Self-Appraisal Clause in Contracts

Self-Appraisal. A person shall conduct a self-evaluation on a yearly basis, regardless if on the evaluation cycle. 1) Teachers shall conduct self-appraisal on forms as provided by the McRel evaluation system. 2) The self-appraisal will become part of the appraisal records. The self-appraisal will serve as a point of discussion as the teacher and the administrator cooperatively evaluate the teacher's performance and competency.
