SELF-DEALING. The Owner Trustee in its individual capacity, or any corporation in or with which the Owner Trustee may be interested or affiliated, or any officer or director of any such corporation, may have normal commercial relations, and otherwise deal, in the ordinary course of business, with the Lessee or any other corporation having relations with the Lessee to the full extent permitted by law.
