Self-Install. With some Broadvoice products, Subscriber may have the option to either install services themselves (“Self- Install”), or pay for a Professional Install Broadvoice installation services. Subscribers that choose to self-install may access Broadvoice Support services by phone or email. If inside wiring or inside wiring repair is required, you must contract with a third-party professional for such work at your own cost. Faulty or lack of inside wiring is not grounds for cancellation of your contract. A required professional installation need for special equipment in order to establish a connection or incompatible wiring or phone system is not grounds for cancellation of the Services or this Agreement.

Self-Install. 9.1. The self-install option allows Customers to do their own installation and configuration for certain TELUS equipment, software and applications needed to use the Services. • Only certain equipment, software and applications are available for self-installation. • A self-install may be the only option available for certain customers, services or regions. Additional fees will apply for dispatching a certified technician. • In the event that TELUS provides support documents and/or installation guides, it is the Customer’s responsibility to read them and to follow the instructions thus provided. • If the Customer performs a self-install, they assume responsibility and all risks associated with installing, configuring, using and uninstalling the equipment, including the risk of any damage, loss, injury or harm that may result. • A Customer who damages part or all of a piece of equipment owned by TELUS, including but not limited to damage occurring during a self-install, shall be responsible for the value of said equipment, in accordance with APPENDIX A. In the event of any damage to equipment, including but not limited to damage resulting from a case of force majeure or the actions of a third party, repair or replacement shall be at the Customer’s expense, in accordance with the terms and conditions and service and equipment fees in effect at the time. • TELUS cannot guarantee the proper functioning of the Services or the equipment, software and applications self-installed by the Customer. • The Customer must inform TELUS of any malfunctioning of the Service or of the self-installed equipment, software and applications. • TELUS makes no representations with regard to any equipment not provided or sold by TELUS or by one of its authorized representatives (“third-party equipment”), which may affect the functioning of the Services. TELUS makes no representations with regard to the Services in the event that third-party equipment is used, including but not limited to the proper functioning of the Services, and disclaims all liability if third-party equipment is used. • If TELUS deems that the Customer’s self-install is not functional, successful, satisfactory, compliant or complete, TELUS may decide to rectify the situation, and service and equipment fees may then be charged to the Customer according to the currently applicable rates. • In cases where self-install fees are applied, these charges are non-refundable if the contract is terminated.
Self-Install. You should identify a safe location for the installation of a Pago Device and any other Facility Equipment which is unobstructed, clear from clutter and any other hazards. You must ensure that the Pago Device is installed in accordance with our User Guide and procedures for installation. We will provide you with assistance by telephone, electronic or other means however we are not responsible for the installation of the Pago Device, and you must do so at your own cost. We will provide you with reasonable assistance over the phone or electronically by explaining how to install software required to connect the Pago Device to point of-sale software that we support an integration for. You must ensure you maintain operating systems that are supported and that your systems are upgraded as necessary to ensure that Transactions can be initiated and processed.

  • Licenses for Permanent Installation The contractor must comply with all State mandatory licensing requirements prior to installation. Questions on licensing requirements should be directed to the State Licensing Board. Contractor must furnish and install all furniture and materials in compliance with all applicable codes, whether local, state, or federal; and that all permits or licenses required for installation will be obtained without cost to the State.

  • Maintenance and Repair – Line Sharing 3.6.1 C.M. shall have access for repair and maintenance purposes to any Loop for which it has access to the High Frequency Spectrum. If C.M. is using a BellSouth owned splitter, C.M. may access the Loop at the point where the combined voice and data signal exits the central office splitter via a bantam test jack. If C.M. provides its own splitter, it may test from the collocation space or the Termination Point.
