Common use of Self-Monitoring and Reporting Clause in Contracts

Self-Monitoring and Reporting. Project Companyshall engage in continuous, pro-active and comprehensive self-monitoring and reporting of all activities related to the Project’s compliance with all environmental and social obligations contained in this Agreement, the Environmental and Social Reports and Environmental Compliance Certificate, in accordance with Lao PDR Laws and Annex IV (Integrated Environmental and Social Obligations). In addition to these reporting requirements, Project Company shall incorporate details of environmental compliance and any environmental incidents for the preceding year into the Annual Progress Report submitted to One Stop Service.
