Common use of Self-regulated Organizations Clause in Contracts

Self-regulated Organizations. Where a Party requires a financial institution or cross-border financial service provider of another Party to be a member of, participate in, or have access to a self-regulatory body in order to offer a financial service in or into its territory, the Party shall use its best efforts to bring that body into compliance with the obligations of this Chapter.
