Common use of Seller Exhibits Clause in Contracts

Seller Exhibits. Buyer shall have until the end of the Review Period to review and approve the information on Exhibits B, C, D, E and F. In the event Buyer does not approve any such Exhibit or the information contained therein prior to the end of the Review Period, Buyer shall be entitled to terminate this Contract by notice to Seller and the Xxxxxxx Money Deposit shall be returned to Buyer with all interest thereon and both parties shall be relieved of all rights, obligations and liabilities hereunder except for the parties’ obligations pursuant to Sections 3.3 and 16.6. Silence by Buyer through the end of the Review Period shall be deemed approval of all information on the foregoing exhibits.

In the event Buyer does not approve any such Exhibit or the information contained therein in writing prior to the end of the Review Period, Buyer shall be entitled to terminate this Contract by notice to Seller and Sellers given within three (3) Business Days after the expiration of the Review Period and, if such termination notice is given as aforesaid, the Xxxxxxx Money Deposit shall be returned to Buyer with all interest thereon and both parties shall be relieved of all rights, obligations and liabilities hereunder except for the parties’ obligations pursuant to Sections 3.3 and 16.6. Silence by Buyer through the end of the Review Period shall be deemed approval of all information on the foregoing exhibits.
