Seller Logs. Logs shall be kept by Seller for information on unit availability including reasons for planned and forced outages; circuit breaker trip operations, relay operations, including target initiation and other unusual events. Company shall have the right to review these logs, especially in analyzing system disturbances. Seller shall maintain such records for a period of not less than six (6) years.
