Common use of Seller Warranties Clause in Contracts

Seller Warranties. 6.1 The Sellers warrant to the Purchaser as at the date of this Agreement in the terms of the Warranties. The Warranties are given subject to the limitations set out in Schedule 2.

Seller Warranties. 6.1 The Sellers warrant Seller warrants to the Purchaser as at the date of this Agreement in the terms of the Warranties. The Warranties are given subject to the limitations set out in Schedule 22 and the limitations set out in the Tax Covenant insofar as they are expressed to apply to the Tax Warranties. The Seller acknowledges that the Purchaser has entered into the Agreement on the basis of the Warranties and in reliance on them and liability under the Warranties shall not be in any way modified or discharged at Closing.
