Common use of Seller’s Adjustment of Annual Net Energy Amounts Clause in Contracts

Seller’s Adjustment of Annual Net Energy Amounts. 6.2.2.1 No later than the Operation Date, by written notice given to Idaho Power in accordance with paragraph 23.1, the Seller may revise the previously provided Annual Net Energy Amount. 6.2.2.2 At any time, by written notice given to Idaho Power in accordance with paragraph 23.1, Seller may revise all of the previously provided Annual Net Energy Amount, beginning with the next calendar year for the remaining term of the agreement.
