Common use of Seller’s Authority Clause in Contracts

Seller’s Authority. Seller has the legal power, right and authority to enter into this Agreement, to consummate the transactions contemplated hereby and to execute and deliver all documents and instruments to be delivered by Seller hereunder.

Seller’s Authority. Seller’s Authority. Seller’s Authority. Seller has the legal power, unrestricted right and authority to enter into into, execute and perform this Agreement and to grant to Buyer the rights granted hereunder. Each person signing this Agreement has the capacity to do so and all persons (including spouses) having any ownership or other right, title or interest in the Property are signing this Agreement. When signed by Seller, to consummate this Agreement constitutes a binding and valid agreement enforceable against Seller and the transactions contemplated hereby and to execute and deliver all documents and instruments to be delivered by Seller hereunderProperty in accordance with its terms.

Seller’s Authority. This Agreement constitutes the legal, valid and binding obligation of the Seller, and accordingly the Purchaser can take all and any legal actions against the Seller, in accordance with its terms. The Seller has the legal power, right and full power and authority to enter into this Agreement, to consummate the transactions contemplated hereby and to execute and deliver all this Agreement and any other documents and instruments to be delivered executed by him pursuant to or in connection with this Agreement which when executed will constitute valid and binding obligations on the Seller, in accordance with their terms. The Seller hereundershall use all reasonable efforts to procure the performance of all or any further actions required by this Agreement.

Seller’s Authority. Seller has the legal power, right full power and authority to execute, enter into and perform this Agreement, to consummate Agreement and any person or entity executing this Agreement on behalf of Xxxxxx has the transactions contemplated hereby and authority to execute the same. This Agreement and deliver all documents and instruments to be delivered executed pursuant hereto by Seller hereunderare and shall be binding upon and enforceable against Seller in accordance with their respective terms.

Seller’s Authority. Seller has the legal power, right power and authority to enter into this Agreement, own the Property and to consummate the transactions contemplated hereby by this Agreement. This Agreement and to execute and deliver all instruments, documents and instruments agreements to be executed by Seller in connection herewith are, or when delivered shall be, duly authorized, executed and delivered by Seller hereunderand are, or when delivered shall be, valid, binding and enforceable obligations of Seller.

Seller’s Authority.
