Changes in Compensation. Consultant will not undertake any work that will incur costs in excess of the amount set forth in Paragraph 4(A) without prior written amendment to this Agreement.
Changes in Compensation. Consultant will not undertake any work that will incur costs in excess of the amount set forth in Section 4(A) of this Agreement without prior written amendment to this Agreement. City shall have the right to amend the Scope of Work within the Agreement by written notification to the Consultant. In such event, the compensation and time of performance shall be subject to renegotiation upon written demand of either party to the Agreement. Consultant shall not commence any work exceeding the Scope of Work without prior written authorization from the City. Failure of the Consultant to secure City's written authorization for extra or changed work shall constitute a waiver of any and all right to adjustment in the contract price or time due, whether by way of compensation, restitution, quantum meruit, etc. for work done without the appropriate City authorization.
Changes in Compensation. The amount paid in the last full month of 26 employment for the previous year, annualized based on the contract year of the 27 individual employee plus, an amount equal to the increase on the appropriate salary 28 schedule as negotiated for teachers.
Changes in Compensation. Changes in base salary will be at a fixed rate based 18 upon a standard work year and work day for a full-time employee, i.e. 196 days, 7.6 hours per 19 day, 1.0 FTE, unless otherwise stated. Changes will be applied in the following order:
(1) Performance-Based Pay: Performance based salary increases will be available to employees 22 based on classification as “Eligible” or “Ineligible” for Career Ladder Movement. In accordance 23 with Florida Statute, a greater amount will be provided to the employees in each classification with 24 a Final Performance Evaluation rating of “Highly Effective.”
(a) FY19 (2018-2019 school year): Instructional staff, employed by the District on the 26 date of ratification of this agreement, will be eligible for an FY19 (2018-2019 school 27 year) salary increase. Increases in base salary for FY19 will be effective May 31, 2019 and 28 employees will receive a prorated amount retroactive to January 1, 2019.
Changes in Compensation. Since the Financial Statement Date, Acquired Corporation has not granted any general pay increase to employees or changed the rate of compensation, commission or bonus payable to any officer, employee, director, agent or shareholder.
Changes in Compensation. Design Professional will not undertake any work that will incur costs in excess of the amount set forth in Section 3(A) without prior written amendment to this Agreement.
Changes in Compensation. Compensation payable under this Agreement may be increased or decreased to reflect any changes in the marketing coordination responsibilities of Clarendon or SDC. The Schedule of Fees may be amended or changed only upon mutual agreement of the parties as to amount and effective date.
Changes in Compensation. Service Provider will not undertake any work that will incur costs in excess of the amount of Ten Thousand Dollars ($10,000).
Changes in Compensation. Support staff employed by the District on July 1, 2 2019 will be eligible for increases as follows:
4 (1) Three-and-a-half Percent Increase: All support staff on the Grade/Step Salary Schedule and 5 the Market Rate Salary Schedule who are employed by the District will receive a 3.5% increase in 6 base rate of pay (hourly rate), effective July 1, 2019.
Changes in Compensation. Should CDB elect to change the project scope to the extent that services to be performed by the CM are substantially altered, then CDB and the CM will negotiate an equitable adjustment in the CM's compensation. All changes to the agreement shall be by written modification duly executed by the contracting parties.
A. Supplemental funding of a project shall not be cause for additional compensation without substantial modification to the scope of work or scope of CM services
B. Upon receipt of the CM’s final payment application and in accordance with Article 16.8.C, CDB shall be permitted to make final adjustments to the budgetary values indicated on lines B and D on Appendix A to reflect actual expenditures without written modification duly executed by the contracting parties.
