Common use of Seller’s Broker Clause in Contracts

Seller’s Broker. Seller has engaged the services of a broker to assist with the transaction contemplated by this Agreement. The Seller agrees to indemnify the Buyer against any claim by its broker for any unpaid commission, brokerage or finder’s fee made by the Seller’s broker arising in relation to this Agreement.

The Seller shall be solely responsible for the payment of Seller’s broker’s fees and costs, and Seller agrees to indemnify the Buyer against any claim by its broker for any unpaid commission, brokerage or finder’s fee made by the Seller’s broker arising in relation to this Agreement.
