Common use of Seller’s Closing Certificate Clause in Contracts

Seller’s Closing Certificate. The Buyer shall have received a ---------------------------- certificate of the Seller, dated the Closing Date, in form and substance satisfactory to the Buyer, certifying as to the fulfillment of the matters mentioned in paragraphs (a) and (b) of this Section 9.2.
