Sellers' Conditions to Initial Closing Sample Clauses

Sellers' Conditions to Initial Closing. The obligations of the Sellers to consummate the Initial Closing under this Agreement shall be, at the option of the Sellers, subject to the satisfaction of the conditions set forth below on or prior to the Initial Closing Date. These conditions are for the sole benefit of the Sellers and may be waived by Sellers at any time in its sole discretion.
