Seller’s Deliveries to Escrow. At least one (1) business day prior to the Closing Date, Seller shall deliver or cause the following items (the original of each in form and substance acceptable to Buyer) to be delivered to Escrow Holder: Deed. One (1) original Grant, Bargain & Sale Deed, with Declaration of Value, in the form of Exhibit B executed by Seller and acknowledged by a notary (the “Deed”).
