Common use of Seller’s Deliveries Clause in Contracts

Seller’s Deliveries. At the Closing, Seller shall deliver or cause to be delivered to Purchaser or deposited with Escrow Agent in the Closing Escrow to be delivered to Purchaser at Closing, all of the (i) documents set forth in this Section 10.3.1, each of which shall have been duly executed by Seller and acknowledged (if required), and (ii) other items set forth in this Section 10.3.1 (the “Seller Closing Deliveries”), as follows:

Seller’s Deliveries. At the Before Closing, Seller shall deliver or cause to be delivered to Purchaser or deposited with Escrow Agent in the Closing Escrow to be delivered to Purchaser at Closing, all of the (i) documents set forth in this Section 10.3.18.3.1, each of which shall have been duly executed by Seller and acknowledged (if required), and (ii) other items set forth in this Section 10.3.1 8.3.1 (the “Seller Closing Deliveries”), as follows:

Seller’s Deliveries. At the Closing, Seller shall deliver or cause to be delivered to Purchaser Purchaser, or deposited with Escrow Agent in the Closing Escrow to be recorded or delivered to Purchaser at ClosingPurchaser, as appropriate, all of the (i) documents set forth in this Section 10.3.1, each of which shall have been duly executed by Seller and acknowledged (if required), by Seller, and (ii) other items set forth in this Section 10.3.1 (the “Seller Closing Deliveries”), as follows:

Seller’s Deliveries. At the Closing, Seller shall deliver or cause to be delivered to Purchaser or deposited with Escrow Agent in the Closing Escrow to be delivered to for the benefit of Purchaser at Closing, all of the (i) documents set forth in this Section 10.3.1documents, each of which shall have been duly executed by Seller and acknowledged (if required), and (ii) other items items, set forth in this Section 10.3.1 (the “Seller Closing Deliveries”)9.3, as follows:

Seller’s Deliveries. At the Closing, Seller shall deliver or cause to be delivered to Purchaser Buyer, or deposited with Escrow Agent Holder in the Closing Escrow to be recorded or delivered to Purchaser at ClosingBuyer, as appropriate, all of the (ia) documents set forth in this Section 10.3.112.3.1, each of which shall have been duly executed by Seller and acknowledged (if required), by Seller, and (iib) other items set forth in this Section 10.3.1 12.3.1 (the “Seller Closing Deliveries”), as follows:

Seller’s Deliveries. At the Closing, Seller shall deliver or cause to be delivered to Purchaser or deposited with Escrow Agent in the Closing Escrow to be delivered to Purchaser at Closing, all of the (i) documents set forth in this Section 10.3.1, each of which shall have been duly executed by Fee Seller and/or Leasehold Seller, as applicable, and acknowledged and/or notarized (if required), and (ii) other items set forth in this Section 10.3.1 (the “Seller Closing Deliveries”), as follows:
