Seller's Designations. The Seller may at any time by notice to the Buyer designate particular facilities or particular personnel of the Manufacturer, ASC, any of the Associated Contractors or any Affiliate of the Manufacturer or any Associated Contractor at which or by whom the services to be performed under this Agreement will be performed provided that (i) such designation will not release or diminish the obligations and liabilities of the Seller hereunder or in respect of any Aircraft, and (ii) such designation does not increase the obligations, liabilities, risk, burden, costs or expenses of the Buyer hereunder. The Seller may also designate the Manufacturer, any Associated Contractor or any Affiliate of the Manufacturer or any Associated Contractor as the party responsible on behalf of the Seller for providing to the Buyer all or any of the services described in this Agreement provided that (i) such designation will not release or diminish the obligations and liabilities of the Seller hereunder or in respect of any Aircraft, and (ii) such designation does not increase the obligations, liabilities, risk, burden, costs or expenses of the Buyer hereunder.
