Common use of Seller’s Equipment on Site Clause in Contracts

Seller’s Equipment on Site. ‌ All Seller Equipment shall, when brought on to the Site, be deemed to be exclusively intended for the execution of the Work. Seller shall not thereafter remove the same or any part thereof from the Site without the consent of Buyer, which shall not be unreasonably withheld in the case of Seller’s Equipment not currently required for the execution of the Work on Site.
