Seller’s Indemnification Obligation for Environmental Losses. Subject to the provisions of this Article X (including Section 10.3), from and after the Closing Date, Seller hereby agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Buyer Group from and against any and all Environmental Losses incurred by Buyer Group which result from, relate to or arise out of the Excluded Liabilities.
