Seller's obligation to consummate Sample Clauses

Seller's obligation to consummate the purchase and sale of the Property on the Closing Date shall be subject to the satisfaction or performance of the following terms and conditions, any one or more of which may be waived by Seller, in whole or in part, on, or as of the Closing Date:

Seller's obligation to consummate the transaction contemplated by this Agreement is contingent upon all of the following conditions (the “Seller Closing Conditions”) being satisfied as of the date and time the Closing is scheduled to take place under Section 7.2:
Seller's obligation to consummate the transactions contemplated hereunder is conditioned upon receipt by Xxxxxx from R.H.A. Partnership at or prior to Closing, of an amendment to an Easement Agreement wherein the term of the Easement Agreement is extended as long as Seller is in possession or entitled to possession of the Property. If this condition is not satisfied at or prior to Closing, Seller will have the right to terminate this Contract at or prior to Closing, whereupon the refundable Xxxxxxx Money shall be immediately returned to Purchaser and thereafter neither party shall have any rights or obligations under this Contract (except for those which may expressly survive the termination of this Contract).
