Seller's Obligation to Insure. From the Date of this Agreement until Closing, Seller shall maintain fire and extended coverage insurance upon the Property in an amount not less than the full replacement value of the Building and business interruption insurance for a period of twelve (12) months and shall give a certificate of insurance to Buyer before the end of the Due Diligence Period evidencing such coverages.
