Seller’s Operation and Record Keeping Obligations. (a) Seller shall maintain all Permits, licenses, certifications and approvals necessary for the operation and maintenance of the Project, and shall operate the Project in accordance with Prudent Electrical Practices, Applicable Laws, Permit Requirements, and Industry Standards.
