Common use of Seller's Personal Property Clause in Contracts

Seller's Personal Property. Any furnishings and/or personal property of the Seller and or its lessees/licensees not being transferred under this Agreement shall be removed from the Parking Garage prior to Closing. Those items remaining after Closing shall become the property of the CITY.
