Seller’s Portfolio. Seller’s Portfolio will at all times solely contain the Customers associated with the Project. The Parties agree and acknowledge that Seller may add or remove a Customer from Seller’s Portfolio at any time during the Delivery Term, subject to the requirements of this Section 4.1 and Article Twelve. Notwithstanding the prior sentence, changes to Seller’s Portfolio shall not alter the Product Seller must deliver.
