Seller’s Post Completion Works. (a) The Purchaser acknowledges and agrees that other Units in the Building (including the Building Common Areas and the Unit Leisure Facilities), may not be fully constructed and/or available for use by the Completion Date. Further, there shall be ongoing works in the Master Community for which also Purchaser hereby acknowledges and agrees.
