Seller’s Reserved Right to Utilize Common Elements. Seller reserves the right, for itself, its representatives, licensees and invitees, to utilize the Common Elements for ingress and egress, for the exercise of any of Seller’s reserved rights under the Declaration, for access to parking spaces and model Units within the Project, and in order to show the Common Elements to prospective purchasers.
