Seller’s Right to Accept or Reject Orders. Seller may, in its sole discretion, accept or reject any order. Seller may accept any order by confirming the order (whether by written confirmation, invoice, or otherwise) or by delivering the Goods, whichever occurs first. No order is binding on Seller unless accepted by Seller as provided in this Agreement.
