SELLER’S UNDERTAKINGS. 2.1 the Seller undertakes to you that:
SELLER’S UNDERTAKINGS. In addition to the undertakings made by the Sellers (as charterers) under the Charter, the Sellers hereby undertake to the Buyers that they will comply in full and procure compliance (where applicable) with the following undertakings throughout the Pre-Delivery Period.
