Common use of Selling Agent’s Commissions Clause in Contracts

Selling Agent’s Commissions. The Company will pay to the Selling Agent a cash commission equal to seven percent (7.00%) (the "Cash Fee") of the gross offering proceeds received by the Company from the sale of the Shares, which shall be allocated by the Selling Agent to Dealers (as hereinafter defined) participating in the offering, in its sole discretion.

Selling Agent’s Commissions. The Company will pay to the Selling Agent a cash commission equal to seven and seventy-two one hundredths percent (7.007.72%) (the "“Cash Fee"”) of the gross offering proceeds received by the Company from the sale of the Shares, which shall be allocated by the Selling Agent to Dealers (as hereinafter defined) participating in the offering, in its sole discretion.

Selling Agent’s Commissions. The Company will pay to Selling Agent’s commission in cash (the Selling Agent a cash commission “Cash Fee”) equal to seven percent (7.00%) (the "Cash Fee") 7.0% of the gross offering proceeds received by the Company from the sale of the SharesShares at a Closing or, as applicable, which shall such Cash Fee will be paid to and allocated by the Selling Agent to Dealers (as hereinafter defined) participating in among the offering, selling syndicate and soliciting dealers in its sole discretion, if applicable.

The Company will pay to the Selling Agent Agents a cash commission equal to seven and one-quarter percent (7.007.25%) (the "“Cash Fee"”) of the gross offering proceeds received by the Company from the sale of the SharesUnits, which shall be allocated by the Selling Agent Agents to Dealers (as hereinafter defined) participating in the offering, in its their sole discretion.

Selling Agent’s Commissions. The Company will pay to the Selling Agent a cash commission equal to seven and one-half percent (7.007.50%) (the "“Cash Fee"”) of the gross offering proceeds received by the Company from the sale of the Shares, which shall be allocated by the Selling Agent to Dealers (as hereinafter defined) participating in the offering, in its sole discretion.
