Common use of Selling and Fulfillment Costs Clause in Contracts

Selling and Fulfillment Costs. “Selling and Fulfillment Costs” shall mean the actual costs and expenses associated with sales and fulfillment of orders for the Product, which include, all charges for media and advertising, warehousing, packaging, shipping to customers, customer service, advertising allowances, markdown money, fees, commissions and other amounts payable to brokers, distributors and other third parties or otherwise incurred in connection with such sales.
