SELLING DEALER AGREEMENTS. Subject to the supervisory authority of the Fund's Board of Trustees, the Distributor may enter into selling dealer agreements with selected dealers and others ("Selling Dealers") for the provision of distribution services related to the sale of Fund Shares as well as other shareholder services as may be agreed by the affected parties. In entering into such selling agreements, the Distributor will act only on its own behalf, as principal.
