Common use of Selling Product Clause in Contracts

Selling Product. You agree to make no representations or claims about any products beyond those shown on product labels and/or in official Magneceutical Health literature. You further agree to sell products available through Magneceutical Health only in authorized territories. Magneceutical Health products are classified as Class 1 Medical Devices under the Food and Drug Administration Act. Nevertheless, Magneceutical Health products are intended to “enhance feelings of relaxation” and NOT intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Therefore, a Wellness Advisor should never make any product claim so as to indicate directly or indirectly that Magneceutical Health products can diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.
