Common use of Semi-Annual Business Plans Clause in Contracts

Semi-Annual Business Plans. TheraSense and Disetronic shall meet, in -------------------------- person, no less frequently than once every six months to review Disetronic's business plan for marketing and distributing the FreeStyle Products in the FreeStyle Territory. Such business plan shall include, without limitation, promotion strategy and tactics, and sales and other marketing plans. TheraSense shall have the right to review and comment on such business plan.
