Semi-Annual Servicer’s Certificate. Not later than five (5) Servicer Business Days prior to each Payment Date or Special Payment Date, the Servicer shall deliver a written report substantially in the form of Exhibit B hereto (the “Semi-Annual Servicer’s Certificate”), to the Issuer, the Indenture Trustee and the Rating Agencies which shall include the information required by Exhibit B with respect to such Payment Date:
