Common use of Semi-Annual Status Reports Clause in Contracts

Semi-Annual Status Reports. Upon the Effective Date of this Order on Consent, until this Order on Consent terminates in accordance with Paragraph XX, Respondents shall submit written Semi-Annual Status Reports to the Department. These reports shall be submitted no later than March 1st of each year for the “reporting period” from July 1 through December 31 of the previous calendar year, and no later than September 15th of each year for the “reporting period” from January 1 through June 30 of the same year as the September 15th st deadline.
