Semiannual Servicer Certificate. So long as any Bonds are outstanding, not later than the Servicer Business Day immediately preceding each Payment Date, the Servicer shall deliver a written report substantially in the form of Exhibit D hereto (the “Semiannual Servicer Certificate”) to the Bond Issuer, the Bond Trustee, the Certificate Trustee, the Rating Agencies, and the PUCO.
