Common use of Sender’s Contracted Capacity Clause in Contracts

Sender’s Contracted Capacity. (a) Throughout the Term for the Provision of the Service, the Sender shall be entitled to a contracted capacity subject to the existence of Excess Capacity for the transportation of Crude Oil owned by the Sender for up to 10,000 BPDC (the “Contracted Capacity”), provided that the Quality Specifications of the Crude Oil owned by the Sender meet those established in this Agreement.
