Senior Firefighter Program Pay. The Senior Firefighter Program as specified in Appendix C shall be compensated at five percent (5%) of base rate for Level I, and ten percent (10%) of base rate for Level II. These payments shall not be compounded. The Senior Firefighter Program is applicable to all employees in the classifications of Firefighter, Fire Engineer, Fire Engineer / Paramedic, Firefighter / Paramedic, Firefighter / Paramedic Trainee, Firefighter Apprentice, and Fire Captain.
